I`m with you. The customer service was so horrible that it`s criminal. As my refrigerator repair is processed, you exceed a month of a refrigerator that does not work, no compensation without alternative and three visits from technicians. The No Lemon Guarantee with my protection plan can never be satisfied because the service arrives so slowly and the refrigerator is down for so long. Do they have a master protection contract on Samsung microwave by Sears. First call on June 20 part delivered July 3 missing some parts of technology ordered and now delivered only on July 24 at 6:30 p.m. Now it cannot be installed until the 26th. Because tomorrow is to feel park lasted more than 20 days to reach the chair and now Sears still 2 days before repairing, how do I use this collective action emptor cellar- I`ll never anyone buy a different product from Sears. Never again! I replaced the 2x ice. The freezer went out once. And in August, my whole unit stopped cooling down. I spent over 25 hours waiting with them and three attempts at repairs it is currently working. Tech, who came for the first time to replace the compressor. He told me that if the power was off for less than 30 minutes, I had to unplug it for 30 minutes to restart it. It`s true?!?! You must be crazy. I guess you have to move a fridge full of its cube hole to separate it, and then squeeze it back.
NOPE did not arrive. You can`t tell me the fridge knows 10 minutes by 30 minutes. So three days after he left, it stopped. I lost everything. I`ve been delayed. Come back, come back to my house, download new software, say that the new compressor does not communicate with old software, does not go, then CANCELED the call that it was in my house, which causes me to lose a request for food loss at 300 dollars. Since then, it`s been working. I was treated horribly, lied, transferred to a number that doesn`t back down, said to call a number when Tech was there so he could talk to them, which I did, but “sorry, we`re temporarily closed.” I have never been treated with such disrespectful and mediocre customer service in my life. As I said CAVEAT EMPTOR – let the buyer watch….. I`d like to join a complaint against Sears. The number of hours I spent going to one person and having my fridge repaired is incredible, unless you have worked with Sears. They came out 6 times and I tried to get endless times and hours to get what I think is a “ghost” dept. I started this June 5th and had to eat and buy ice cream for 3 months. I`m the SICK of Sears!!!!!! I have documented who I spoke to, when and for how long, and I have 16 pages typed with notes.
